Firefly's Six-Month Coaching Program
Are you always running? Are you busy filling your time, but feeling uninspired and disconnected from your passion? Are you living the life you were meant to live? Is climbing the corporate ladder claiming your health? How's your heart - are you happy?
I too was once like you. Running on the hamster wheel, trying to prove myself, taking care of everyone else, and ignoring the little voice inside that was telling me "stop, you're going the wrong way!"
My heart decided enough was enough. A heart attack at 31-years old stopped me in my tracks. That got my attention! My heart was suffering from all the pushing, climbing and proving. I discovered that in order to heal my heart, I needed to stop long enough to listen to that voice inside, take action and make time for the things that made me feel more "me," to make a commitment to myself.
Through my own journey to a more healthful, inspired life, I have uncovered tools and created resources that support not only the physical heart, but the emotional heart as well.
The six-month coaching program is designed to help you build healthy habits, so you can feel better in your body, have more energy, can effectively manage stress, increase your overall happiness and create long-term, sustainable change.

We'll give you tools and practices to help you take stock of where you are in life, settle your monkey-mind and tap into your intuition and inner wisdom.

When you're always running, it’s easy to overlook the things that contribute to your sense of fulfillment: healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity and a spiritual awareness.
In this pillar, the focus is on self care, connecting with yourself and others, and taking steps to prioritize what you want more of to crowd out the things that drain your energy.
Together we’ll work to set, and hold you accountable to reaching, goals in areas such as achieving optimal weight, reducing food cravings, increasing sleep, managing stress, and maximizing energy.
We will support you in creating a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding.
As we work together, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance and health.
Six-Month Program Includes:
50-minute one-on-one session every other week (in person or via Zoom depending on your location)
e-mail support between sessions, including a weekly perspective check
tools and practices to implement into your day-to-day life
coaching and support to help you make the dietary and lifestyle changes you want
simple but informative handouts
recipes that are healthy and simple to prepare
