Summer is flying by as usual, and I'm starting to plan Firefly's calendar for this Fall. I need your help narrowing down which events, classes and workshops to offer.

I'll be in Portugal for the next two weeks leading the Portugal Yoga Adventure Retreat, followed by some time off to enjoy the Azores. While I won't post to this blog during those weeks, you can see what I'm up to on social media.
When I return, I'd love for you to join me for Puppy Dog Yoga in the Park to benefit the Denver Dumb Friends League in honor of Ella who passed away on August 18.
Mala (pictured) will be there to demo the dog poses and to kiss as many faces as she can, and you're welcome to bring your friendly dog as well.
