New Year Restorative Yoga and Journaling Workshop

Thursday, January 7 - Online via Zoom - 7:00 - 8:15 PM Mountain Time

2020 has been hard on all of us! Join me as I guide you through a restorative yoga practice, followed by meditation and journaling. Reflect on 2020 and release any negative energy you're holding in your body, so you can move into 2021 with intention.

This style of yoga is suitable for all levels, and will help you release, relax and restore!

We'll practice letting go, and then opening the heart to enable you to move forward liberated to let your light shine. We'll join in mediation and journaling to reflect on learnings from the past year, and to outline what you want to invite in next.

Snowshoeing and Yoga with Meditation Event

Date TBD

This half-day event includes a morning of snowshoeing in the Evergreen, CO area (~30 minutes from Denver), followed by a yoga and meditation class at Studio B. The event will include an approximately 3-mile snowshoe, then a 75-min yin yoga and meditation workshop. The exact location of the snowshoe hike will be provided once you register. Our yoga workshop is in the beautiful Studio B in Evergreen. Registration fee of $59 includes group snowshoe, and yoga and meditation workshop. If you require snowshoe rental, additional fee applies.

Registration will open once date is set and group activities can resume safely.

Ice Skating and Hot Chocolate

Date TBD

One of the best places in Colorado to ice skate is Evergreen Lake. This zamboni-groomed outdoor ice rink is a stunning 8.5-acre stretch of ice separated into multiple rinks to provide for appropriate social distancing, just a half hour from downtown Denver. This magnificent field of ice is spectacularly situated amid ponderosa pine-covered mountains and Evergreen Golf Course, and a short walk to downtown Evergreen.

Skating at Evergreen Lake is a truly memorable experience. CNN declares that Evergreen Lake is one of the 10 most beautiful ice rinks in the world, and Sunset Magazine rates Evergreen Lake as one of the top 10 ice skating rinks!

Registration will open once a date is set and outdoor, group activities can resume safely.

Sledding at Meyer Ranch Park

Date TBD

Looking for something a little more relaxing? You don't have to be a snow athlete to enjoy riding a sled down a snow-covered hill in the winter. Enjoy both large and small sledding hills at Meyer Ranch Park in Conifer. The open space park is managed by Jefferson County and is convenient to Highway 285. You can park at the bottom and pull your sled up the 400-foot hill and slide down time and again. The sledding hill is a grassy hillside when its not covered with snow, with no obstacles or hazards to ruin your fun. You'll find built-up snow ramps to sail over, as well as open space for riding a traditional sled. Bring your sled and join us for a fun afternoon in the snow!

Registration will open once a date is set and outdoor, group activities can resume safely.
