Firefly believes yoga is for every body, and offers a range of yoga classes to meet your specific needs. Check out the details below and contact us to get started in a program that's right for you.

Monday 12:00 PM Virtual Vinyasa via Zoom (donation-based)

Monday 5:45 PM Hatha Deep Stretch (Yin Yoga) at Studio B* 

Tuesday 4:30 PM Vinyasa Yoga at Studio B* 

*Pre-registration required with Studio B (available in studio and online)


Receive customized one-on-one instruction in the comfort of your own home. I will work with you to design a class or program that meets your needs, whether you are new to yoga and want to learn the poses before entering a studio or group class; are recovering from an injury and require modifications; or are a seasoned yogi who wants the convenience of practicing in your own home. 


Single class = $75 

Package of five classes = $325  


SUP Yoga

For the 2021 season, I'll be teaching Stand-Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga as part of the City of Westminster's Outdoor Parks and Recreation Program at Standley Lake, and for Rocky Mountain Paddle Board at Bear Creek Lake in Lakewood.

You must pre-register for classes using the links above. At Standley Lake, I teach on Wednesdays and the following Fridays: June 11, July 16 and August 13. At Bear Creek Lake, I'm teaching every other Thursday starting on June 3, and the following Sundays: June 6, July 18, and August 1 and 15.

Yoga for the Desk Worker

If you sit at a desk working on the computer all day, or spend a lot of time in the car driving, this five-week one-on-one yoga series is for you. Receive individualized instruction in the comfort of your own home using Zoom. The series is designed to help relieve an achy back, release tension from areas of the body that are consistently tight, improve mobility and flexibility, and bring strength back to areas that are under-utilized.
